Your use of the mobile game PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE (“Game”) and website for the Game (“Website”) involves the collection and use of your personal information. When you contract to use the Game or use the Website (the “Game Services”), you accept our rules and policies regarding your personal information and you expressly consent to us collecting, processing, using and storing your personal information, as described in this policy.

SECTION 1: WHERE WE ARE A DATA CONTROLLER

The Types of Personal Information We Use

This section describes the different types of personal information we collect and how we collect it. We will collect and use the following information about you:

·         Information you give us. You give us information about you:

o   when you register for the Game (including your nominated nickname, and information we import from your connected social media account (WeChat, Facebook, VKontakte, Twitter) in order to set up your profile, including your name as it appears on your social media profile and your profile picture);

o   when you set up your profile for the Game (including information you voluntarily elect to provide in order to customise gameplay, such as gender);

o   when you log-in as a ‘guest’ in order to use the Game (your nickname); and

o   when you participate in a survey in the Game (in which case we will process the information you provide to us as part of the survey).

·         Information we collect about you. We automatically collect certain data from you when you use the Game and/or the Website, including your IP address and device information (such as application version, network type, OS and related IDs, device ID and serial number, device MAC address and IDFV ) and information regarding your use of the Game and/or the Website, such as date and time stamps of actions. We also collect and store your data each time you interact with us, for example, when you use in-app support to communicate with us. Our security feature runs when you are using the Game Services, and in addition to the categories of data listed abov collects device information including the IMEI number and available memory ; information about your internet connection including if applicable the wifi name and MAC address of the wifi access point; and a list of installed APK and running apps.

 

·         Information you generate and display in the course of using the Game Services. You may provide additional information as part of your profile (such as gender). You may also provide or generate information when you communicate with other users in the Game (e.g., chat log data, chat content).

Cookies

We use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g. web beacons, log files, scripts and eTags) (“Cookies”) to enhance your experience using the Game Services. Cookies are small files which, when placed on your device, enable us to provide certain features and functionality.

You have the option to permit installation of such Cookies or subsequently disable them. You may accept all cookies, or instruct the device (in the case of the Game) or web browser (in the case of the Website) to provide notice at the time of installation of cookies, or refuse to accept all cookies by adjusting the relevant cookie retention function in your device. Our Game Services are not intended for children. Children must not use the Game Services for any purpose.

·         provide you with your geographic ranking; and

·         improve gameplay.

Necessary to perform our contract with you to provide the Game.

We generate this and use this to store your Game data (including level and progress) with your profile.

Game Play Statistics (Level, Score/s)

We use this information to provide you with feedback and information about your gameplay and progress.

Necessary to perform our contract with you to provide the Game.

IP Address

We use this information to improve our services, including the functionality of the Game.

Device ID, Device Information (application version, battery level, WiFi strength, available space, network type, OS version, platform, carrier, country code)

We use this information:

·         to improve our services, including the functionality of the Game;

·         for security and verification purposes;

·         identify and address bugs and assess game function for optimisation; and

·         to combat users registering for multiple accounts.

It is in our legitimate interest to ensure the security of our services, manage registrations and improve our services.

Friends List (WeChat, Facebook, VKontakte, Twitter)

If you choose to log-in using a social media service, we import the social media user ID and name of the friends from your social media profile so that you can connect with your friends.

Necessary to perform our contract with you to provide the Game and connect you with your friends.

Advertising ID

If you click on a link that advertises the Game, we store the Advertising ID for that advertisement with your profile.

It is in our legitimate interests to use this information to monitor the success of our advertising and marketing programs.

Chat Data

If you enable chat services (audio or text) then we will process such data in order to deliver your messages to other users.

Necessary to perform our contract with you to provide the chat service in-Game.

Transaction Records: payments on Google Play or iOS App Store (Open ID, cost, product purchased, IP Address, device details)

We use this information to maintain a record of your transaction history.

Necessary to perform our contract with you to provide you with details of your transactions.

Customer Support Ticket ID & User Communications with Support (Name, OpenID, device ID, application version, battery level, WiFi strength, free space on phone, network type, OS version, platform, carrier, country code, details of ticket). You also have the option of providing a photo to illustrate any errors.

We use this information to:

·         improve our services;

·         provide troubleshooting, such as addressing and remediating technical issues and bugs.

Necessary to perform our contract with you to provide and support the Game.

Security-Related Information (list of hack or cheating software, in-game screen information, device operation system settings, device information including mobile phone brand, model, CPU structure, CPU model, kernel version, resolution, application package of hack software ; IMEI number and available memory; information about your internet connection including if applicable the wifi name and MAC address of the wifi access point; and a list of installed APK and running apps ) when necessary to ensure the security of game environment.

We use this information:

·         for security and verification purposes, including to detect cheating behaviours;

·         identify and address bugs and assess game function for optimisation;

·         solve game crashes and optimise compatibility of devices with the game; and

·         to combat users registering for multiple accounts.

It is in our legitimate interest to ensure the security of our services, manage registrations and improve our services.

Survey Information (Country, Age, Gender, Profession, Email) and content of survey responses

If you agree to participate in a survey conducted by us, we use this information to improve our services.

We collect this information with your consent.

Push Notification-related Information (Android device token, iOS device token, customer alias name, IP address)

We use this information to send you notifications.

Necessary to perform our contract with you to send you notifications about the Game.

How We Store and Share Your Personal Information                                     

In order to perform our contract with you, your personal information will be accessible from and will be processed on our servers (depending upon your location and the game server you select). Our servers are located in:

·         Germany;

·         Singapore;

·         Canada

·         the United States;

·         Hong Kong; and

·         the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”) (excluding Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau).

We share your personal information with selected third parties in and outside your country, including:

·         third parties that provide services in support of the Game and the Website, including

o   for the purpose of processing support ticket ID and support communications for the purpose of providing customer support; and

o   providers of cloud services for certain functions, including sharing of in-game photos on Facebook and Twitter.

·         related group companies with whom we share your personal information to operate the Game Services;

  • law enforcement agencies, public authorities or other judicial bodies and organisations. We disclose information if we are legally required to do so, or if we have a good faith belief that such use is reasonably necessary to:

o   comply with a legal obligation, process or request;

o   enforce our terms of service and other agreements, policies, and standards, including investigation of any potential violation thereof;

o   detect, prevent or otherwise address security, fraud or technical issues; or

o   protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users, a third party or the public as required or permitted by law (including exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection); and

  • a third party that acquires all or substantially all of us or our business. We will disclose information to a third party in the event that we sell or buy any business or undergo a merger, in which case we will disclose your data to the prospective buyer of such business. We will also disclose information to a third party if we sell, buy, merge or partner with other companies or businesses, or sell some or all of our assets. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets.

The Security of Your Personal Information

We are committed to maintaining the privacy and integrity of your personal information no matter where it is stored. Our group companies have information security and access policies that limit access to our systems and technology. We also protect data through the use of technological protection measures such as encryption. Your personal information will remain subject to our technical and organisational controls and our policies and procedures (including this Privacy Policy).

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of the information transmitted to our services; any transmission of your information is at your own risk.

Where you do not request for account deletion, such data will be retained for 1 year after the Game is shut down, before it is deleted.

OpenID

Stored for the lifetime of your use of the Game, until account deletion in accordance with your request, upon which it will be deleted within 15 days.

Where you do not request for account deletion, such data will be retained for 1 year after the Game is shut down, before it is deleted.

IP Address

Stored for the lifetime of your use of the Game, until account deletion in accordance with your request, upon which it will be deleted within 15 days.

Where you do not request for account deletion, such data will be retained for 1 year after the Game is shut down, before it is deleted.

Device ID, Device Information

Stored for the lifetime of your use of the Game, until account deletion in accordance with your request, upon which it will be deleted within 30 days.

Where you do not request for account deletion, such data will be retained for 1 year after the Game is shut down, before it is deleted.

Friends List (WeChat, Facebook, VKontakte, Twitter)

 

Stored for the duration of each session on the Game and deleted within 1 hour after you log out.

Advertising ID

Stored for the lifetime of your use of the Game, until account deletion in accordance with your request, upon which it will be deleted within 15 days.

Where you do not request for account deletion, such data will be retained for 1 year after the Game is shut down, before it is deleted.

Transaction Records

Stored for the lifetime of your use of the Game (i.e. until account deletion in accordance with your request) and then for the duration of any retention periods for which such data must be retained in order to comply with our legal obligations.

Customer Support Ticket ID & User Communications with Support

Support data is deleted within 30 days of a lawful request from you for the erasure of such data (see the Erasure section of this privacy policy).

Security-Related Information

Stored for 30 days.

Survey Information

Stored for: (a) if you provide your email as part of the survey, up to 6 months (in order for us to follow up with you) and then the data is anonymised; or (b) if you do not provide your email as part of the survey, up to 1 month and then the data is anonymised.

Push Notification-related Information

Stored for 90 days, or until account deletion in accordance with your request (whichever is earlier), upon which it will be deleted within 30 days.

 

 

Personal Information is kept until the end of its life cycle (as set out in the retention policy above). When destroying personal information, measures will be taken to make the personal information irrecoverable or irreproducible, and electronic files which contain personal information will be deleted permanently using a technical method which makes the files irreproducible.

In the event that the processing and retention period have terminated, but personal information is required to be retained continuously for other reasons including for the purposes as prescribed under applicable laws, the relevant personal information will be stored and maintained separately from other types of personal information. If you require us to destroy your personal information before the end of its life cycle (as set out in the retention policy above), we will destroy your personal information in accordance with local laws.

Your Rights

This section (“Your Rights”) applies to users that are located in the European Economic Area only.

You have certain rights in relation to the personal information we hold about you. Some of these only apply in certain circumstances (as set out in more detail below). We must respond to a request by you to exercise those rights without undue delay and at least within one month (though this may be extended by a further two months in certain circumstances). Access

You have the right to access personal information we hold about you, how we use it, and who we share it with. You can access the personal information you have made available as part of your account by logging into your Game account and by contacting ue@proximabeta.com. If you believe we hold any other personal information about you, please email us at dpo@proximabeta.com.

Portability

You have the right to receive a copy of certain personal information we process about you. This comprises any personal information we process on the basis of your consent (e.g., certain survey information) or pursuant to our contract with you (e.g., game play statistics), as described in the section “How We Use Your Personal Information”. You have the right to receive this information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to request that we transfer that personal information to another party. 

If you wish for us to transfer such personal information to a third party, please ensure you detail that party in your request. Note that we can only do so where it is technically feasible. Please note that we may not be able to provide you with personal information if providing it would interfere with another’s rights (e.g., where providing the personal information we hold about you would reveal information about another person or our trade secrets or intellectual property).

Correction

You have the right to correct any personal information held about you that is inaccurate. You can access the personal information you have made available as part of your account by logging into your Game account. If you believe we hold any other personal information about you and that information is inaccurate, please email us at dpo@proximabeta.com.  

Erasure

You can delete your account, or remove certain personal information, by logging into your Game account. If there is any other personal information you believe we process that you would like us to erase, please email us at dpo@proximabeta.com.

You may request that we erase the personal information we hold about you in the following circumstances:

·         you believe that it is no longer necessary for us to hold such personal information; or

·         you believe the personal information we hold about you is being unlawfully processed by us.

You can also exercise your right to restrict our processing of your personal information (as described below) whilst we consider your request.

We may need to retain personal information if there are valid grounds under data protection laws for us to do so (e.g., for the defence of legal claims or freedom of expression) but we will let you know if that is the case.  Where you have requested that we erase personal information that has been made available publicly on the Game Services and there are grounds for erasure, we will use reasonable steps to try to tell others that are displaying the personal information or providing links to the personal information to erase it too.  

Restriction of Processing to Storage Only

You have a right to require us to stop processing the personal information we hold about you other than for storage purposes in certain circumstances. Please note, however, that if we stop processing the personal information, we may use it again if there are valid grounds under data protection laws for us to do so (e.g., for the defence of legal claims or for another’s protection). As above, where we agree to stop processing the personal information, we will try to tell any third party to whom we have disclosed the relevant personal information so that they can stop processing it too.  

You may request we stop processing and just store the personal information we hold about you where:

·         you believe the personal information is not accurate for the period it takes for us to verify whether it is accurate;

·         you wish to erase the personal information as the processing we are doing is unlawful but you want us to retain the personal information but just store it instead; or 

·         you wish to erase the personal information as it is no longer necessary for our purposes but you require it to be stored for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

You have the right to object to our processing of personal information about you. We will consider your request in other circumstances as detailed below by emailing us at dpo@proximabeta.com

Announcements

We may from time to time send you announcements when we consider it necessary to do so (such as when we temporarily suspend Game access for maintenance, or security, privacy or administrative-related communications). You may not opt-out of these service-related announcements, which are not promotional in nature.

弊社は、個人情報の適切な保護と利用を重要な社会的責任と認識し、弊社が業務を行うにあたっては、「個人情報の保護に関する法律」をはじめとする関係法令等に加えてプライバシーポリシー(以下、本ポリシー)をはじめとする弊社の諸規程を遵守し、お客さまの個人情報の適切な保護と利用に努めてまいります。

1.利用目的の特定及び公表
弊社は、弊社が取得したお客様の個人情報の利用目的を可能な限り特定し、予め公表いたします。

2.利用目的の範囲内での利用
弊社は、予め特定し公表した利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内でのみお客様の個人情報を取り扱います。但し、個人情報の保護に関する法律第16条第3項各号に該当する場合は、予め特定し公表した利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えてお客様の個人情報を取り扱うことがあります。

3.保存期間
弊社は、法令で別段の定めがある場合を除き、利用目的に必要な範囲内でお客様の個人情報の保存期間を定め、保存期間経過後又は利用目的達成後はお客様の個人情報を遅滞なく消去いたします。

4.安全管理
お客様の個人情報を正確かつ最新の内容に保つように努めるとともに、不正なアクセスや改ざん、漏洩、減失及び毀損から保護する為に必要かつ適切な安全管理を徹底します。

5.従業員の監督
弊社は、お客様の個人情報の安全管理を徹底する為、従業員に対し必要かつ適切な指導、監督を行います。また、従業員が個人情報の適切な取り扱いを出来る様必要な教育研修を実施します。

6.委託先の監督
お客様の個人情報取り扱いの全部又は一部を利用目的の範囲内で第三者に委託する場合があります。また、当該契約には個人情報の取り扱いの監査に関する項目を含めるなど委託先に対して必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

7.第三者への提供
個人情報の保護に関する法律第23条1項各号及び2項各号及び法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、お客様等の同意を得ないで、第三者にお客様の個人情報を提供することはありません。ただし、当社が業務を委託する他の事業者に対し、個人情報保護法第23条4項1号に基づいて、次のように、その利用目的に必要な範囲で情報を預託することがあります。

(1)弊社と個人情報の保護に関する取り決めを行っている業務委託会社に対して、本サービスに関連して必要な範囲で開示・提供する場合。

(2)サービスのご利用や商品の注文等で決済が必要な場合に、金融機関等との間で決済に必要な範囲で個人情報の確認交換をする場合。

(3)お客様からのお問合わせの内容が、当社の関係会社や代理店から回答させていただくことが適切だと判断される場合。

8.開示等の請求
お客様が個人情報の利用目的の通知、又は個人情報の開示、又は訂正、追加若しくは削除又は利用の停止若しくは第三者への提供の停止を希望される場合は、弊社所定の手続きに従ってご請求下さい。

9.苦情処理
個人情報の取り扱いに関するお客様からの苦情その他お問い合わせについて迅速かつ適切に対応いたします。苦情その他のお問い合わせ窓口は、弊社所定のホームページに掲載致します。

10.漏洩発生時の対応

二.個人情報の取得

弊社は、サービス利用にあたり、ユーザー登録時点においてお客様の個人情報の提供をお願いしております。 弊社は、 お客様のモバイル端末固有ID(OSが生成するID、独自端末識別番号(UDID)、加入者識別ID(IMSI)、端末識別ID(IMEI)、MACアドレス等)、IPアドレス、クッキー情報やお客様が閲覧したページなどの情報を、お客様のモバイル端末又はブラウザから自動的に受け取りサーバーに記録しておりますが、 それらから個人を特定する情報は収集しておりません。


三.個人情報の利用目的

1.クッキーとは

펍지 주식회사는(이하 “회사”) 이용자의 개인정보를 적극적으로 보호하며, 개인정보보호법, 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률, 통신비밀보호법, 전기통신사업법 정보통신서비스 등 제공자가 준수하여야 할 관련 법규상의 개인정보보호 규정을 준수하며, 관련 법령에 의거한 개인정보처리방침을 정하여 이용자 권익 보호에 최선을 다하고 있습니다.

본 개인정보 처리방침은 “회사”의 공식 카페(http://cafe.naver.com/battlegroundsmobile) 에서 언제든지 확인할 수 있습니다. “회사”가 본 개인정보 처리방침을 변경할 경우에는 시행일자 및 개정내용을 명시하여 시행일자로부터 7일 이전부터 공식 카페에 공지합니다. 다만, 개인정보의 수집 및 활용, 제3자 제공 등에서 이용자 권리의 중요한 변경이 있을 경우에는 30일 이전부터 공지합니다.

제1조 (“회사”가 수집하는 개인정보)
1. “회사”는 아래와 같이 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.
1) 계정 생성 및 로그인 시 수집하는 개인정보
- SNS 식별정보(페이스북, 구글 플러스, 트위터 등의 아이디, 닉네임/프로필 정보, 해당 SNS에서의 친구 등의 정보)를 수집할 수 있습니다.
- 게스트 게임 로그인을 선택한 이용자의 닉네임을 수집합니다.
- 제품을 사용하는 모든 이용자의 IP 주소, 오픈ID, 디바이스ID를 자동으로 수집합니다.

2) 게임 서비스 이용 시 수집하는 개인정보
- 제품을 사용하는 모든 이용자의 오픈 ID 및 IP 주소를 수집합니다.

3) 결제 시 수집하는 개인정보
- 인앱 결제를 진행한 모든 이용자의 플레이어 ID와 연동된 결제 정보를 수집합니다.

4) 고객 지원 서비스 이용 시 수집하는 개인 정보
- 웹사이트 고객 지원을 통해 문의한 모든 이용자의 성명 및 오픈ID를 수집합니다.

2. “회사”는 아래와 같이 비개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.
1) 계정 생성, 인증, 로그인 시 수집하는 비개인정보
- 제품을 사용하는 모든 이용자의 애드ID, 디바이스 정보를 수집합니다.

2) 게임 서비스 이용 시 수집하는 비개인정보
- 제품을 사용하는 모든 이용자의 플랫폼에 대한 세부적인 디바이스 모델, 지역별 순위, 게임 플레이 통계를 수집합니다.

3) 고객 지원 서비스 이용 시 수집하는 비개인정보
- 앱에 트래커를 보유한 모든 이용자의 앱 버전, 배터리 상황, wifi 강도, 디바이스 빈 공간, 네트워크 종류, iOS 버전, 플랫폼, 네트워크 종류, 통신사, 국가 코드, 티켓 중요 사항, 불만 사항, 티켓 처리 등 세부 내용을 수집합니다.

4) 보안 SDK를 통해 수집하는 비개인정보
- 게임 실행 후 보안 SDK가 가동되면 모든 이용자의 루트 상태, 설치된 핵 소프트웨어 목록, 가동 중인 핵 소프트웨어, 게임 파일의 암호화 해시값, 호스트 파일 조작 여부, 안드로이드 시뮬레이터 구동 여부, 안드로이드 SDK API 등급, 장비 부팅 시간, 장비 브랜드 및 모델, CPU 구조, CPU 모델, 해상도, 센서 상황, 디바이스 커널 버전, 디바이스 Mac 정보, IMEI, 디바이스 일련번호, 국가 코드, 언어, 메모리 및 저장소 여유 공간, 인터넷 종류 (WiFi/4G/3G), 인게임 화면, 인게임 문서,설치 앱 목록, 실행 앱 목록, APK 설치파일 등 비개인정보를 수집합니다.

※ 제품을 이용하시는 고객님이 원활한 게임서비스 및 고객 지원 서비스를 제공받게 할 수 있도록 제1조 1항 및 제1조 2항에서 수집하는 고객님들의 개인정보(단, 정보통신망법 제63조 제2항에 따라 고객님의 동의를 받은 경우에 한함) 및 비개인정보를 국외로 이전할 수 있습니다.

제2조 (개인정보의 이용 및 위탁)
“회사”는 수집한 정보를 서비스 제공 및 서비스 향상을 위하여 이용합니다. “회사”는 서비스 제공을 위하여 필요한 경우 개인정보를 제3자와 공유 할 수 있습니다.

1. 개인정보의 이용
“회사”는 수집한 개인정보를 서비스 제공 및 서비스 향상을 위하여 이용합니다. 
1) 문의 사항 접수 및 답변을 위한 고객지원 서비스 제공
2) 기술적 문제 해결 및 서비스 환경 개선
3) 게임 서비스 제공을 위한 회원 구분
4) 서비스 제공에 관한 계약 이행 및 서비스 제공에 따른 요금정산

2. 개인정보의 위탁 
“회사”는 고객지원 서비스 제공 및 커뮤니티 관리를 위하여 “회사”를 대신하여 업무를 수행하는 제3자 업체에게 개인정보의 처리를 위탁할 수 있습니다. “회사”가 제3자 업체에게 개인정보의 처리를 위탁하는 경우 해당 업체는 “회사”가 요청한 서비스를 수행하는데 필요한 정보만을 처리할 수 있습니다. “회사”가 수집한 개인정보의 일부 또는 전부의 처리를 위탁하는 업체는 다음과 같습니다.
1) ㈜메타넷엠씨씨
- 위탁 업무 내용: 고객지원 서비스 제공
- 보유 기간: 회원의 문의사항이 처리 완료될 때까지 또는 위탁 계약이 만료 또는 해지될 때까지
2) Tencent Games
- 위탁 업무 내용:  게임 서비스 및 고객지원 서비스 제공
- 보유 기간: 회원의 게임 탈퇴 시까지 또는 위탁 계약이 만료 또는 해지될 때까지

제3조 (개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간)
“회사”는 회원의 개인정보를 고지 및 동의 받은 기간 동안 보유하고 이용하며, 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적이 달성되거나 보유기간 만료, 회원의 수집 및 이용 동의 철회 시 지체 없이 파기하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.

최종 로그인 후 1년 동안 이용 기록이 없는 장기 미회원은 관련법령에 따라 개인정보 보호를 위해 계약을 해지하고 개인정보 파기 등 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있습니다. 이 경우, 조치일 30일 전까지 필요한 조치가 취해진다는 사실과 개인정보 보유기간 만료일 및 개인정보의 항목을 "회원"에게 통지합니다.

“회사”는 개인정보 도용 등으로 인한 피해 발생시 복구와 피해자 보호 등을 위해 회원가입 시 수집한 개인정보를 해지한 날로부터 최대 14일 동안 임시로 보관할 수 있으며 ID는 타 서비스와의 연계로 인해 30일간 보유하고 이후에는 재생할 수 없는 방법으로 완전히 삭제합니다.

관계 법령에 따라 일정기간 보존해야 하는 경우는 아래와 같습니다.
1. 로그인 정보 수집 시 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률에 따라 1년 동안 보존합니다.
2. 서비스 이용 관련 정보(웹사이트 방문기록) 수집 시 통신비밀보호법에 따라 3개월 동안 보존합니다.
3. 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록 수집 시 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자 보호에 관한 법률에 따라 3년간 보존합니다.
4. 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록 수집 시 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자 보호에 관한 법률에 따라 5년간 보존합니다.
5. 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록 수집 시 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자 보호에 관한 법률에 따라 5년간 보존합니다.
6. 세법이 규정하는 모든 거래에 관한 장부 및 증빙서류 수집 시 국세기본법에 따라 5년간 보존합니다.

제4조 (개인정보 파기 방법)
“회사”는 원칙적으로 회원의 개인정보를 처리목적이 달성되는 지체 없이 파기 합니다. 물리적 형태로 저장된 개인정보는 파쇄 하거나 소각하며, 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.

제5조 (회원의 권리 및 행사방법)
1. 회원은 언제든지 등록되어 있는 자신의 개인정보에 대하여 정보삭제 및 처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 정보삭제 또는 처리정지를 원하시는 경우 개인정보 보호책임자에게 서면 또는 이메일로 연락하시기 바랍니다.
2. 회원은 개인정보를 제공하지 않고 “회사” 공식 커뮤니티를 이용할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 이용에 동의하지 않는 경우 “회사”는 게임 서비스 이용이나 고객지원 서비스의 기능을 제공하지 못할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (개인정보의 기술적 및 관리적 보호대책)
“회사”는 회원의 개인정보가 분실, 도난, 누출, 변조 또는 훼손되지 않도록 최선의 기술적, 관리적 보호조치를 다하고 있습니다. 
1. 해킹 등에 대비한 대책
회사는 해킹이나 컴퓨터 바이러스 등에 의해 개인정보가 유출되거나 훼손되는 것을 막기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 개인정보의 훼손에 대비해서 자료를 수시로 백업하고 있고, 최신 백신프로그램을 이용하여 이용자들의 개인정보나 자료가 누출되거나 손상되지 않도록 방지하고 있으며, 암호화통신 등을 통하여 네트워크상에서 개인정보를 안전하게 전송할 수 있도록 하고 있습니다. 그리고 침입차단시스템을 이용하여 외부로부터의 무단 접근을 통제하고 있으며, 기타 시스템적으로 보안성을 확보하기 위한 가능한 모든 기술적 장치를 갖추려 노력하고 있습니다.
2. 처리 직원의 최소화 및 교육
회사의 개인정보관련 처리 직원은 담당자에 한정시키고 있고 이를 위한 별도의 비밀번호를 부여하여 정기적으로 갱신하고 있으며, 담당자에 대한 수시 교육을 통하여 회사 개인정보처리방침의 준수를 항상 강조하고 있습니다.
3. 개인정보보호전담기구의 운영
그리고 사내 개인정보보호전담기구 등을 통하여 회사 개인정보처리방침의 이행사항 및 담당자의 준수여부를 확인하여 문제가 발견될 경우 즉시 수정하고 바로 잡을 수 있도록 노력하고 있습니다. 단, 이용자 본인의 부주의나 인터넷상의 문제로 성명, 이메일주소, 비밀번호, 주민등록번호 등 개인정보가 유출되어 발생한 문제에 대해 회사는 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다.
