Recently, we've discovered that there are many players who don't know how to apply to become an investigator. We'll explain the steps here so that everyone knows what to do to become an investigator.At the same time, we'd like to thank everyone for showing so much support for our Video Review System!Every player has a chance to become an investigator! After becoming an investigator, join us in protecting our fair gaming environment!

Everyone can follow the steps shown below to apply to become an investigator:

Step 1:Make sure your version is up to date, Log in and look for the menu on the lower right and tap it.

Step 2:Find and tap the Ban Pan icon from the menu to enter the security zone (Long press to add it as a shortcut)

Step 3: Find the Video Review tab within the security zone, tap Start Review from the My Reviews tab.

Step 4:Tap OK from the pop up window, and your application is on the way!

Step 5: The official team will have a response back within 1 week. Accepted applications will receive a popup message when they log into the game like below:

Another way to verify if the application has passed is to tap Start Review to verify whether or not investigator credentials have been granted.Once credentials have been obtained, investigators can go to the Video Review page. Those who have yet to obtain credentials will be prompted to wait 1 week before applying again.Those who were unable to obtain credentials need not worry, we will continue to expand our investigation team to improve the tier and accuracy of our investigators' reports.
