PUBG MOBILE has always been committed to creating a healthy, fair and competitive gaming environment to bring a better gaming experience to all players.Therefore, installations or use of any plug-ins, malicious software, cracked versions, loopholes, malicious advertising, malicious AFK, wall hacks, bots, simulators, complicit behavior, network configuration modifications, and other malicious behaviors that disrupts the balance of the game will be severely penalized upon verification.

We're sure that many are still confused regarding some regulations. Here are some of the common questions:

  1. I lent my game account to a friend so they could help me rank up and they cheated. Since it wasn't me that violated the rules, can the account ban be lifted?

No. Our penalties are specifically targeted at the game account, especially when the account has created a negative experience for other players. Thus, we are unable to lift the account ban. We strongly advise against players sharing their accounts to avoid unnecessary losses.

  1. Why did I receive a penalty when I didn't even log into the game last night?

The security system has 2 types of penalty mechanics — imposing a penalty during a real-time review and imposing a penalty after confirming a violation at a later date. Even when no violation turns up during real-time review, the system will continue to check more thoroughly and punish accordingly if a violation is found. Hence, we urge everyone to strictly abide by the game rules and avoid taking chances.

  1. Why did I receive a penalty when I didn't use any plugins or cheats?

Installing plugins or cheats, as well as using illegal third-party tools, are considered violations and could result in an account ban. For more details, please refer to the Security Information in the Security Center (access it via the bottom-right menu in the Lobby).

  1. I reported a violator, and their Rating Points were reset, so why was their penalty lifted after a while?

For any player that commits a violation (including but not limited to teaming up with cheaters, unfair cooperation, posting prohibited content, and more), we will impose an account ban for up to 3,650 days and reset their Rating Points, depending on the severity of the violation. Once the penalty period is over, the account ban will automatically be lifted. As for the Rating Points, the player will need to start from scratch again.

  1. Why did I receive a notice about an issue with my network connection or login restriction?

Don't worry if you received such a notice. Due to an issue with your network connection, the system will conduct a routine check for several minutes to ensure the security of your account data. Please check your network connection, and you can log back into the game once the restrictions are lifted.
